Shipping
The people in our warehouse do their best to provide you with the fastest service. All orders placed before 23.45h on Mondays to Fridays and before 17.00h on Saturdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sundays are shipped on Mondays.
All parcels are sent with DPD express service. Our warehouse is based in The Netherlands so shipping within the EU is cheap, fast and without additional taxes (Import and VAT). Please find below the prices and estimated delivery times for all countries. Shipping to non-EU countries is possible only on request, please contact us for enquiries.

Returning
We want you to be very happy with your dashcam and accessories, which is why you have 60 days after receiving the package to return your dashcam if you don't like it. We will pay you back the total amount of the accepted returned products within 7 working days after it's been received. The payment method for returns is always the same as the method that the original order was placed in (i.e. if you placed the order with PayPal, we will pay you back using PayPal).

Please take good care of the box while unpacking, returns are only accepted when returned in the original and undamaged box and with all accessories included. We do not accept returned Memory cards that have been taken out of the package.
